Jays Cd and Hobby

Just received my first online order from Jay's and I must say, it was packed better than any place I've ever ordered from in all my years of collecting. They arrived in perfect condition. The hang tags aren't even bent. The price was great too! Will definitely shop here again!

Here’s the deal! We freaking love Jays! Every time we visit they are warm and welcoming. They even help us stick our supplies and accessories. Truly great folks. Yes they are more than just a record shop but it sure feels like walking into a record shop every time I pass through that front door!!

I usually love shopping at Jay's, it's been one of my favorite stores for over a decade. But...recently, I bought an Xbox 360 console at the south side location, and it came with the wrong power supply. Normally not a huge problem, but I live over an hour away, so making a 2 hour round trip to exchange it wouldn't be worth it. I called and they said they'd mail me one. I ended up buying one off Amazon anyway just in case, which was a good idea, because they never sent me a replacement. On top of that, the controller they gave me didn't work. Luckily, I had one that still works. The console works great, but it was a hassle testing it, having to buy a power supply and wait a few days to find out. I will still shop there, because their selection is great and this is the only issue I've had,I can't say that I trust them as much as I did before.

This place is GREAT!!! I'm an old lady, looking for some kind of hands held video game for my 5 year old grandson, without wanting to spend more than a hundred bucks. This was my place!!! The staff was so incredibly helpful. They took the time to explain what would be the best fit and took into account graphics, usability, ease of finding games..... I'm so excited for him to open the hands held system i purchased, along with 3 GAMES!!! Thank you!! Exceeded my expectations!!

There worse then gamestop . They rip you b off competition . The prices they offer are not reseonable. U can bring jn something that's going for 300 on ebay and 375 in there store and they'll b offer u $75 u can. Get like 95 in store credit. I understand they have to make s profit . There not a charity . OK then don't advertise yourself as business that gives a fair deal when u don't. Also least gamestop let's you know what price they give for what they just give u a total it's bull. Please people unless ur really hard up use ebay or fb or garage sales . This business does not deserve one single toy .or game u own they give you a dollar then go sell it for 30 . Fair they call it . Won't go there or shop there ever again ..One of the businesses that does need to close
