Im inherently disappointed because I asked for the deal they had on their blowout guitars and they decided to give me something entirely different, and I didn’t necessarily get a good sale. I think the person in the front took advantage of the fact I was a newer person, and didn’t give me half of the stuff that was listed on the blowout sale. I suggest coming if you have experience with guitars and their models but I would not suggest a beginner to go here, as you might get taken advantage of. You would probably get a better deal on ebay or Amazon 🙂 As for the store, it’s huge and has a lot of stuff. It’s a cool place.

A truly wild experience! If you are in the Rochester area and like music equipment, then this is a MUST stop! The whole building is dedicated to each aspect of music gear, from acoustic, electric, and bass guitars, drums, amps, keyboards, and more. There is also an album room that has to be 3,000 sq ft, filled, wall to wall with every album imaginable. The instruments are separated by room, and the rooms, passageways, nooks, and crannies, and intriguing, and seem, never ending! The owner and shop staff are great and highly knowledgeable.

House of guitars is legendary, so if you're in the area you HAVE to stop in and get a Tshirt! My daughter found a red LTD she had to have. We were in the store for a long time, she made several trips to the amp room to try out guitars. The staff is super cool, friendly, helpful and knowledgeable.
