Huge selection of vinyl that changes all the time with new releases and classic used records. Mozart to brand new. Friendly staff. Knowledgeable. Place is clean and well organized.

Standing in line to pay for my cds and the guy taking our money starts ranting about how Ozzy got too much attention when he died. Of course, I'm wearing my Ozzy shirt making me look like a fool. Then after using my card to finally get my discount he didn't use the remaining money to start a new card like he did for the guy on front of me... and he kept my receipt to make sure I didn't bring anything back. First of all, what kind of music store bashes musicians? The guy seems very arrogant and definitely no respect for customers.

Awesome store!! The staff is extremely friendly and helpful. Plus the huge selection of newer and older records is amazing, I will definitely be back:)

Really cool local record shop, it's nice to have a place that isn't a big box store, especially one that carries lesser known releases and rare stuff. Plus, the older audio equipment they have for sale is really cool.

I love that Kalamazoo has a locally owned record store, it's such a valuable part of the community! That said, I’ve found the staff’s demeanor could be a bit more welcoming, and the selection of vintage CDs and vinyl feels somewhat limited. I’m hoping to see some improvements, as I’d love to support this place more often.
