Garage Door Medics

David Perez is the worse human being I've ever met. I received a quote of $211 to remove and replace the weather stripping from my garage door. When he showed up, he told me the price was going to $424. I told him I already have a quote. He then proceeded to call me a liar and say I did not receive that price. Then he proceeded to say he had a recording of me "not receiving the quote" over the phone after he said he couldn't get in contact with anyone from his office. Then I asked him to play me the voice recording of me "not receiving the quote" over the phone. Then he got upset and decided to get disrespectful that he couldn't bait and switch me. I give this company zero stars for hiring someone like David Perez.

Rick from Garage Door Medics came out today to replace the spring and cable on our garage door, and once again delivered excellent service. He was very communicative and thorough throughout the entire process, explaining everything clearly and making sure the job was done right. They were also able to come out pretty quickly and get started right away, which we really appreciated. The repair didn’t take long at all, and everything is working perfectly now. Professional, efficient, and reliable service as always. Highly recommend Rick and Garage Door Medics!

Let me start out by saying - RICK WEAVER IS DEFINITELY A KEEPER! He knows his job. Very informative; gives recommendations on what should be done to keep my garage door opener working at its best. Had the answers to all of my preventative maintenance questions. HE DIDN’T STUTTER ONCE! Don’t know how much you’re paying him but I would definitely give him a raise every year. People this knowledgeable that likes what they’re doing are hard to come by. I look forward to seeing him in October.

After my garage broke I quickly got on line and was able to book a next day appointment for the service. The technician Rick was on time and able to see the problem right away. He gave me a good price, made sure the springs were correct and even better than I had before. He even recommended cables that were rusting and probably going to go out as well. I appreciated the suggestion. He had all the parts and was in and out within a couple hours. I would highly recommend them.

Great service from David! We had a garage door that would not open, and were able to get a same day appointment. David made the install look easy and took the time to get the placement of the switch and the wires placed neatly. He also taught us how to set up the MyQ app. He had set up another garage door last year and we are still very happy with the performance of that garage door. Excellent service from David, and overall would highly recommend him for all your garage door needs.
