After doing business with Coseflags Signs for many years, I feel deeply disappointed with how I’ve been treated. There’s a complete lack of empathy, professionalism, and basic customer service. Every time I walk in, I’m barely acknowledged — no greeting, no recognition, even after years of being a loyal customer. They seem disorganized and more focused on making a quick sale than building genuine relationships. It’s disheartening to feel like just another transaction, especially when you’ve invested so much trust in a business over time. Sadly, I no longer feel valued or respected as a client, and I don’t intend to continue doing business with them. Customer service matters, and loyalty should go both ways.

It was a great experience. They were very helpful and gave us an idea of how the sticker banner would look like. They let us know about their deals and will definitely be coming back for customized hats!
