Beat Goes On Records and More

They sold me a new record with a rip in it and refused to exchange it, was worth 35 and only offered 20. The employee Mikaela was very hostile and rude off the bat, I explained the situation was unfair but she was extremely rude for no reason.

The catchy name drew us in to The Beat Goes On Records and More while visiting West Bend, WI. The place has such a cool, nostalgic vibe that instantly took me back to my teens. In addition to the tons of vinyl (and I mean lots of vinyl!), the “and More” part really delivers — incense, magnets, patches, buttons, hats, sunglasses, t-shirts, posters, and even toys. We thought we’d just pop in for a quick look, but we ended up spending nearly an hour exploring everything. A great shop with great energy — I’d definitely stop by again next time I’m in West Bend to see what’s new.

I love this record store. Everyone who works here is super cool and nice. I love ordering my vinyl and CDs through this store. Awesome vibes and great prices :)

Great selection and super cool store! We came up from MKE for the day and decided to stop in for the first time. You know it’s a great store when you have to put some vinyls you want to purchase back bc you have too many that you love. The person working on Sunday was also super helpful and signed us up for their rewards program. We will def be back!
