These guys are great. Super helpful with sharing gear knowledge and doing repairs/upgrades. Have had nuts and saddles replaced, pickups swapped out, and countless setups done here. They also offer some sneaky good deals on high quality used gear.

Twice I’ve taken guitars here for repairs and was disappointed. Took a solid body acoustic in to replace the volume pods a few years ago. The right pods were not installed and the guitar sounds horrible. Recently took in a Strat because of extreme static when switching between pickups. They kept it for 3 or 4 weeks, claimed it was fixed and charged me $60. Got it home and it was the exact same problem. Obviously, I won’t be using them again.

It had a great ..down to earth.. feel. I needed strings and found B2K on line.I live in Douglasville. Great vibe from the begining. I was greeted by a Beautiful old doggie. Sweet as sugar.. cant remember his name. sat and talked with a gentleman from the area about music and such. Highly recommend
