Awesome selection of books, movies, shows, games, etc, but do wish it was a bit more organized. I found Romance books in the horror section, and children's books in the suspense section. Very kind and friendly staff! Very fun store to visit when feeling a bit adventurous- you never know what you can find!

I love this it's one of the only Old School record shops around that still practical and within the price range of most people. It's like an old dinosaur that has every known for dariel disease that mankind has and we know it's time is limited but until it's gone it's still enjoyable to Ride the lightning

It's a little rough out there on that particular corner but this Zia is legendary on both inventory and customer service. The staff literally ordered me a $7 CD from another state. Insane video game inventory with mostly fair pricing for every system you can imagine. Items turnover quick so there's always something new to see. My CIB Zelda switch oled was immaculate and is holding up really well. Trades take long to process but that's because of high volume so if you have a big trade, maybe get lunch or dinner and come back.

Cool selection of items. Would highly suggest hesitating on doing trade ins, you get roughly 15-20% item value with store credit and less if you wanted cash. (80 dollars store credit for a sealed special edition Ultra Sun/Moon double pack, 7 dollars for a sealed vinyl, etc etc.). As far as buying things goes sometimes you can find a deal, just might have to go digging which is part of the fun. Expect video game prices to be 100-120% standard value on price charting assuming the condition was correctly assessed and vinyl to be 80-110% Discogs prices. CDs are pretty decent at roughly 80% retail price. As far as negative personal experiences go I had 6 of 7 VHS tapes ran over a magnet at checkout last time I went rendering them useless :(. Was given a cash refund but apparently they cannot refund points and that was the extent of making things right with me. Not all experiences have been as disastrous, to be fair, but be careful and test your purchases since the refund window is extremely tight at 7 days. I usually don’t write reviews but I hope this is informative for someone out here in AZ. If you’re looking for a used media store I highly suggest the 35th avenue location as far as Zia goes. Or try Bookmans or Half Price books as good alternatives for trade ins and purchases!

Totally love this store. Vintage all the way. Great customer service, the cashier Christian helped us last night and gave information about events in the store. Definitely worth stopping by !
