Had the worst experience here this morning at 10:30 am on 2/8/26, the budtender (female long brown hair) was incredibly rude, she rushed my mom and I refused to give us discounts said and I quote, “there are no discounts today.” Didn’t offer my mom her first time discount nor the penny preroll, all she could do was discount $14 back onto my account AFTER I came back in and complained to the security guard (who btw is the most amazing security guard I’ve ever met that guy was hilarious and reassured me it was ok) because she refused to give us our 35% discount on the TURN device & pod which were on sale today. I left really unhappy and feeling incredibly rushed she was also extremely condescending and would smile when I looked even more uncomfortable, idk why she works here honestly. I know I probably wasn’t a very important customer but you definitely lost my business after I come redeem my stupid $14 store credit lol.

Great deals and products but horrible customer service like other people have stated as well. ALL of the budtenders at some point in time when I have shopped there, have each individually been rude and acted like a complete smarta$$ for no reason. I waited a while and tried giving them the benefit of the doubt before writing this review to see if maybe they just had a bad day or something, but no that’s just how they are. Very unprofessional overall and this is the only dispensary where the workers make me feel uncomfortable being there as a customer.

Had to edit my review as I only gave 5 stars to get something for free. Honestly this place is great it’s local and convenient and has a lot of good deals with great selection! Staff is always friendly. Sadly almost every time I come I wait in line for a good 10-20 mins waiting to pick up.That’s not a good customer experience. Sure I get high afterwards but I’ve watched people walk away due to the lack of staffing and having to wait. There’s a constant rush at this time of the day which is anywhere from 2-4 pm but there’s only ever one tender. Won’t stop coming but until I see a change I can’t confirm a 5 star experience. The wait times are rough.

Just moved into town and had to come back to this place twice. Friendly Staff. Good Prices. Great product.
