We Got The Beats Record Store

Great experience. Nice selection of new and used physical media. I specifically went looking for used CDs and this place didn't disappoint. The guy behind the counter was friendly and helpful. Highly recommend.

Crazy selection, mostly sealed/new pressings (but that's not always a negative with some of the 180gs these days). Lots of sealed stuff for $25-40 I've only seen at G/VG on Discogs for $50+. Overwhelming jazz selection, and even some Ghibli soundtracks which I've never seen in the States. Walked out with 5 or 6 records and had to pass on 5 or 6 more for fear of bankrupting myself. And their other location is bigger???

The perfect record store exists and it's in Fort Lauderdale or Oakland Park. Hey, I'm from Miami I barely leave my county, but We Got the Beats is worth the drive. In an unassuming strip mall you find the perfect mix of new, old, rock, hip-hop, jazz, used, and brand-new music. To show off their range and diversity, my haul included David Bowie, Neutral Milk Hotel, and a old Miami Disco record label. Go there, buy music, enjoy the vibe, and be happy.

Hidden gem! They have everything you're looking for and more. Staff is knowledgeable and helped me secure a record available at a different location. Will definitely be coming back
