Wax Trax Records (Broadway Bazaar)

This store has some of the best organization I've ever seen in a record store. The artist label tabs actually have records from that artist and only from them. Then each letter has its own misc section. The store is split half used, half new and is on the smaller side. For used its mostly classic rock and 80's. For new records they have all sorts from indie, punk, electronic, rock, etc. They have a limited selection of cds mostly unorganized, and an even smaller section of cassettes. The store overall is half records, half a vintage store. Parking is metered or on nearby residential streets.

Nice people, good records. I'm heading in now and if they have this record I want from '92ish...well, I'm gonna leave another gushing review.

Staff are awesome and super knowledgeable, I usually find one grail every time I go here the clothing store it is connected too is also awesome and the people who run it are super sweet.

This location is a bit smaller but we found a lot to like, 9 albums worth to be exact. Staff was friendly and helpful too!

Wax Trax set me up for success!!! They educated me and sold me my first record player, today I have officially completed my taylor swift vinyl collection after buying the lover album and I’m so happy and grateful for everything they taught me, from needle cloths to storing them correctly and to make sure they don’t warp. I really appreciate the team going above and beyond for me, holding albums and wax Trax just simply being the BEST shop ever! Thank you guys!! 💕
