I have been here before but this was my first ever record store day and i chose to do it here. I got there at like 8 on opening time. We waited in line for about 2 hours and when we went in it felt ✨️Magical✨️ i ended up getting the Laufey live record but i was disapointed they were already sold out of most stuff. Charli, Beabadoobee, Lil Uzi Vert, Gracie. Next year ill be here at 7 to secure i GET WHAT I NNEEEEDD. What they did have was a bunch of taylor swift fortnite and i regret not grabbing it because it seems to be very valuable.
Chuck, the owner, doesn’t shake hands with you if you just so happen to be darker than him in terms of skin tone. First and last time going into that pawn shop of his.
Atmosphere: With the industrial chic look outside, it created a great transition to the inside of the establishment. Although it seem narrow, the amount of records/records make up for it in the space allotted. Eveyone inside was respectful in letting others browse as well as getting around to purchase said items. Customer Service/Knowledge: The cashier went above and beyond to provide examples of proper way to store our records, as well as personal recommendations they used in the shop. Product/Service: They had vast amount of records/cds that contained various genres of music. They were neatly organized and made crate digging a lot easier. It was great to see some of the more exclusive records on the wall as well. Fili's Fave: Talk about organization and how they were able to categorize each genre, but what I appreciated the most was in the details. Amongst some of the artists, it looks like the record shop drew the artist band logo or text. Great touch and shows dedication for the hobby.
I like this record shop. As a part time collector and music enthusiast with a creative background, I enjoy digging in the crates looking for obscure records that I can experiment pulling samples from. Final Edge has a decent selection and I have found a few hidden gems there. Most of the pricier records, I already have in some form so I’m just going in there looking for bargain bin records or collections. The last time I walked out of there, I believe I had 10 records for $4. If I’m not careful, I could spend hours in here just looking through records. I love to see that the place is packed every time I go in. If you are a music lover or collector on any level, this is a mandatory stop.
Large selection of new and used vinyl! Very good prices and they have everything from country, jazz, punk, rap, rock, to ghibli film soundtracks and more. Staff was friendly over all. To bad they don’t have a inventory of the used vinyl. Music playing over the store was ok. Wish there was more variety on the rotation. Over all very good experience and we walked out with some vinyl :)
