Contacted Valhalla HiFi inquiring about Accuphase integrated amplifiers. Baily was super helpful and friendly. I set up an appointment for a listening session the next day with he and John, the owner. The listening session was just awesome. Baily and John were very informative and let you sit and enjoy the music with no interruptions. In the end, John and Baily earned my business. If you are in the market for any of products they carry, I highly recommend this dealer. John and Baily are great and highly knowledgeable.

What drew me to John’s shop at their new location on 4th Street in downtown Santa Rosa was the quality of the audio brands listed on their website—some I’ve heard at shows, others I’d only read about. After a quick phone conversation with Bailey about the gear I was interested in, I knew a visit was worth making. The experience was refreshingly no-nonsense and welcoming. John clearly loves music and brings deep, practical knowledge of the equipment he carries. In the end, they earned my business through a combination of thoughtful support and competitive pricing. They’re happy to welcome walk-ins, but they also take appointments seriously, giving you uninterrupted time to listen. Highly recommended.

The entire experience at Valhalla HiFi has been fantastic. From the very beginning, John has been helpful, and an absolute pleasure to work with. He took the time to answer all questions without any pressure to overspend, and he offered me a great deal. Bailey was extremely knowledgeable as well and very tech-savvy to get everything set up and running smoothly. It’s rare to find a team that combines this level of expertise with such a friendly customer-first approach. If you’re looking for top tier audio gear and honest guidance, I can’t recommend Valhalla HiFi enough.

I had a record player and a tape deck serviced at this shop. I could not be more happy with the service. I was greeted by two employees when I first walked in and was shown their high definition audio show room. After a few days I picked up my devices and multiple things had been fixed with the record player including replacement of audio out cables, replacement of belts, and replacement of an era correct stylus. The tape deck was unfixable it turns out, but they offered me one of their used units for sale. Both items sound and function perfectly! Additionally, the younger employee in the pony tail (i believe his name is Lucas) was super attentive to my concerns about the record player. Can't thank and recommend them enough.

John and his team are what a solid audio shop is all about. They are all knowledgeable and friendly. No hard sell, just options to discuss. I auditioned a unit in my house, thought it was a good fit, and I bought it. Turns out it wasn’t the unit I wanted. John helped me get the right unit in my rig, and the results were stunning. It’s going that extra yard for a customer that makes the difference. John’s shop not only sells audio gear, they take care of their friends. A rare quality and very appreciated.
