A fun record store and music venue. We were lucky to catch local jazz vocalist and pianist, Maggie Herron, and her talented trio Thursday night following dinner at Merrimans. A great way to cap off the evening.
Fashionable eclectic place selling a selection of great vinyl assignments. Plus a great community gathering suit for some electric good vibes with open mic night ("Beat It"). Definitely a cool place to showcase some of your original talents. So participate or be an audience member, the choice is yours!
Very limited and expensive selection and getting worse all the time. Staff is very young, lack experience, and are not at all friendly. Not a good experience the last two visits. Had a credit on account that I was cheated out of. Appears unorganized. Not thinking I’ll go back. Online sources are getting my business now after rude treatment.
Awesome environment just to hang out and listen to some awesome tunes by the staff, and if your brave enough, even some karaoke can be done here. Thanks, Uila Records crew for an awesome experience!
Uila – Where Vinyl, Vibes, and Drinks Come Together Perfectly Uila is more than just a record store—it’s an evening hangout that has quickly become one of our favorite spots. By day, it’s a vinyl-lover’s dream, but by night? It transforms into a cozy bar with great appetizers, a killer playlist, and an atmosphere that makes you want to settle in for hours. The vibe here is absolutely laid back and welcoming—everyone from the staff to the patrons is friendly and easygoing. Whether you're here to sip on a drink, browse through the records, or just enjoy some live music, the experience feels effortlessly cool. The bar is surprisingly well-stocked, and the appetizers are on point—perfect for munching while you vibe to the tunes. The prices are super reasonable, making it the kind of place you can hit up on a regular basis without breaking the bank. It’s warm, it’s chill, and the people are what really make it special. If you’re in the area and looking for a spot with great music, drinks, and good energy, Uila is not to be missed.
