Chris the owner of the shop is one of the most knowledgeable comic book dealers that me and my sons ever dealt with we have spent a lot of money at the shop and Chris is as honest and gives the best deals that we've ever had and we have been buying books for 20 years me and my son this guy's top notch and his shop is phenomenal
I was on the hunt for a specific comic book to help a child with a school assignment. After checking at two other stores, I got the one we needed here. (Shout out to Comix City Too! in Goodlettsville for calling around on my behalf and finding it here!) The guys who helped me were fantastic to work with, and I found myself wishing I were more into vinyls so I could make use of the other half of the store because it was an impressive collection for such a small space (comic books on the left, records on the right). Don’t overlook little gems like this one on The Square!
Chris took time to play a few minutes of Magic with me just to show this newbie what the game is like. And all along still greeting and interacting with patrons. So nice - and willing to offer encouragement to those interested in dipping into this culture.
Fantastic shop for pretty much any kind of record or comic book (plus various other interesting, fun items) you might be looking for! Go by when you’re in Gallatin downtown for a “walk down memory lane” or a want to find the perfect gift for a hard-to-buy-for loved one! Shop owner is great too!
Lots of stuff there. I went to sell my collection. He only wanted the main ones. So I cut him a great deal by selling just those and gave him the rest of my binder. Maybe he can give good deals or freebies to kids that come in, but my loss is someone’s gain! I hope it goes to good hands and he does good with them! Real cool gentleman.
