The “grandfather” was super respectful helped with everything I needed and played a record because neither of us had heard it he has a great sense of humor and a great knowledge for music 10/10 experience
Hi... my wife and I were traveling around the US, and on the way I stopped in this little town and saw this vinyl store (I collect CDs and vinyl). They had some great titles and the prices were very fair, but the best part was the welcome from the girl (I think she's the owner). She was friendly and kind, and she recommended a local band, so I bought the CD... FABULOUS!! ... I regret not buying the autographed vinyl that was in the window. Anyway, thanks, and Merry Christmas, greetings from Italy! Moreno & Barbara
UPDATE 4/24/25.. Happend to be in the area in my way home and well, when you got bad that ain't good si we pointed the car to Third Eye once again and were not disappointed! 1st time met Joe and this trip got to meet Hunter. Still have a great selection and pricing is very good. This time we got a new sticker for the wall and rumor has it T shirts are in the works. Thanks for another great experience Hunter and tell Joe I said hi.. see y'all next trip. What a great little shop in a cool area. Joe was a wealth of musical knowledge. Definitely worth the safari stop! You'll dig it!!
Amazing little local shop with such an even more amazing collection of records for such good prices. Went in with my daughter and the owner's grandpa was soooo so sweet and helpful. he helped my daughter look through the kids collection and let her have a disney record for free. it was my first time purchasing records and i even went back the next day because i couldnt get 1 of the records i purchased to play correctly. they are very knowledgable and do not make you feel silly or dumb when it comes to records. i truly appreciate the hospitality and kindness they showed us!! we definitely will be back :)
I've been going to Jackson for years but I just recently came across this place. Since I live a little over an hour away, I don't get there as much as I want to but when I'm in town, I make the most of my visit. It's a cool little shop in the downtown area of Jackson. They have a great selection of 45s. I've found a lot of great vinyl in this place. The first time I visited the store a few years ago, the person working that day asked where I was from. After I told him I lived an hour away, he cut me a deal on the stack of records I picked out. Their selection of vinyl was enough to get me to come back but I appreciate them going above and beyond to win me over as a customer. There's a busier side of Jackson that gets a lot of traffic but don't miss out on a place like this. Make your way a little further downtown to explore what Third Eye Curiosities has to offer. It's definitely worth it.
