The UPS Store

had such a great experience at this UPS store. The employee who helped me was incredibly kind and patient. I didn’t even know the ZIP code for the package I was sending, and he took the time to look everything up and make sure it was correct. I was shipping a care package to one of my daughter’s friends who is very sick, so it meant a lot to me that the process was smooth and stress free. He made something that could have been stressful feel easy and handled everything with great customer service. I’m really grateful for his help and the kindness he showed. Thank you for going above and beyond.

I am writing this review specifically for UPS driver Greg Franzel. He is always on time, drives slowly and carefully through our neighborhood (there are dozens of young kids out playing in the street pretty much all day long), he’s very personable and funny, and doesn’t throw packages down at the front doorstep like other delivery drivers have done in the past. He has been servicing our area for a while now and this guy is always respectful to the residential environment. Give this guy a raise or promotion, i’m glad there’s still some good people left out there that actually care about others and working hard. Thank you Greg👍

I have had to use this store (Clark Ave location) for multiple things recently (going in at least twice a week for several services) and the staff is always friendly and helpful. Mario has been the best with my shipping needs and friendly service! Highly recommend this location!

They are always helpful, courteous and well informed... giving their wholehearted attention, never had a problem and always get done quickly and efficiently. I will always go to this UPS Store to get it done right.
