Came in to look around with my friends and was immediately met with a shifty vibe from staff . Picked up a vinyl and stood at the front for a good bit waiting to be helped and wasn’t until a manager came out that I got rung up . Not a big fan of that since I see my culture all over the walls in this place . Honestly I was so close to the door I could’ve just walked out , probably would’ve let me leave too lol
I love this store! Every time I go there’s new decorations and merchandise. They are also very good about restocking as well and getting new cds and records in. I found this amazing live Lana Del Rey Cd that has become one of my favorite things everrr. I also love how they have such a large used section.
Love this place, the selection of vinyls is good and very organized. I almost always come inside to purchase a vinyl whenever im in town. Also. Its much easier finding local band music here than other places in the state.
It take a LOT for me to write a review, but the folks at SG are the best, so just had to figure out how to technically do so! Seriously, thank you for helping us all. I have gotten a few signed vinyl from them recently and they've just gone above and beyond with customer service. I follow them on Instagram for new releases and behind the scenes things- it's fun. Appreciate all the work it takes to get them on our record players! PS. it will be the first place I visit when/if I'm in Baltimore.. or even DC!
I went for the Conan Gray pop up and it was a great experience! Staff was so lovely in making sure everyone was being taken care of. For the pop up they had a water booth with a functional set up to get your entry bracelets. The store itself has such a good selection of new and older vinyls, all in great condition! There’s also a little section of posters, DVDs, stickers, and even a great selection of incense!! Definitely worth stopping by!
