Erin + Cam, the owners of The Midium, have to be two of the nicest people that I've spoken with and the way that they run their company is a direct reflection of that. First off, I get a personal phone call to let me know that my order had shipped, but I couldn't have been more happily surprised when I opened up the package. Not only was the pedal I purchased expertly packed, but it was wrapped in The Midium's own additional wrapping paper AND they included a handwritten note describing what they liked about the pedal I bought and thanking me for my purchase. I mean, that's pretty awesome...the big chain guys throw in a bag of candy if you're lucky... And that's not even mentioning that my purchasing experience on their website was absolutely seamless and even with their team experiencing a tornado and an earthquake over the weekend prior, they were still able to get my order shipped by Monday and it was delivered to me in Florida by Wednesday! With their curated gear selection and level of customer service, I see this as just the first of many purchases from The Midium

Where do I begin? I guess here. I am a sales manager for a large music store chain (I won’t say which one). That being said, I truly pride myself on giving every single customer who walks through those doors, makes a phone call, or places and online order with us, the same courtesy, respect and attention to detail that I would want as a customer myself. And I believe I do a decent job. Well, I think I still have to learn a thing or 2 because The Midium really knocked this one so out of the park, that it is still probably floating in space out there somewhere. I ordered the new BL-44 Reverse pedal from Old Blood Noise Endeavors thru The Midium’s Reverb shop. Not only did I get a lengthy, personal message detailing all the cool stuff about the pedal, the store, and how they shipped it; inside the package was a thoughtful, handwritten letter, personally addressed to me!! These folks here at The Midium are miles above any other retailer I’ve purchased ANYTHING from! They’ve provided me customer service that I would never have expected in my wildest dreams!! What a great experience. I am definitely shopping here for again for any of my Synth and pedal needs. Thanks you guys for being awesome!! Keep making music and always … stay weird !! ☮️

The world would be a better place if all companies treated their customers as well as The Midium does. :D I live in a rural area, so when I want a shiny new synthesizer, I generally have to buy it online... which can be a bit tricky, especially for large or high-end items. A few weeks ago I purchased a Pulsar-23 from The Midium, then panicked realized I would be out of town when it arrived, as I didn't want it just sitting on my doorstep. Erin and Cam were very understanding and were able to delay the shipping date. They communicated with me throughout the whole process, and the package arrived on time and extremely well-protected. It's clear that Cam and Erin *really* know their gear, and truly care about both the creators and players of the instruments they sell. The next time I'm looking to upgrade my studio, I will definitely be going to their website first.
