The Magic Flute

I really love having this store in the community. My daughter takes lessons every week, so I decided to buy an instrument at the Magic Flute myself. They helped me order the bass I wanted, made sure it was set up well when I picked it up, and were informative all along the way. I can’t recommend them highly enough!

We are so fortunate to have the magic flute in our neighborhood! Great business that supports the community, makes instrument accessible for all students and my daughters love going in there. I bought two kazoo’s (which I may regret later), got my guitar restrung, and rented a violin. It really is a one stop shop that we absolutely recommend to all.

Absolutely trouble free experience. They offered alternative products and helped me choose the right one for my needs. They also advised me about other products that might be useful going forward. They were knowledgeable, friendly and helpful. I was surprised at how reasonable the prices were. Good vibes all around.

Had a great experience purchasing a used guitar that needed to be shipped to me. Spike (first contact) and then Joe (shipping manager) were great to work with and took care of me. I’ll definitely stop in to say thanks again if I ever get down to San Rafael.

Called the store and June answered. I asked about accordion for my son and we went to the store. We bought one on consignment and I really appreciate her advice. She was immensely helpful and friendly. All staff were friendly and helpful. Was great experience!!! Thank you
