The Exchange

THIS PLACE IS A SCAM. Staff is great but this company under sells people while over selling their items. Item you know they will sell for over 300 and only offer 50 bucks store credit. This is a con trying to take advantage of desperate people. Luckily I wasn't desperate so I didn't have to get ripped off selling it to them. Cheap items fine but anything with any value at all do not bring here you will get ripped off. This isn't based on one bad trade in either. Every time I bring something to this company to trade in I'm always mad and honestly feel insulted by the offer. Great to buy from but never sell or trade to them you're getting scammed

I come here often and spend a lot of money. Usually everyone is great but today was horrible. The older African American guy who works at the front desk was very aggressive with me and kept provoking me with a bad attitude when I was returning an item that didn’t work. He was even saying things to me as I was leaving. It’s a shame to be treated so badly by an employee for no other reason. I love the exchange but I’m going to have to find a new location that doesn’t have employees who act like they want to fight you.

This collector shop is pretty cool! I love the variety of collectibles they offer, from T-shirts to figures and cards. The only downside was the lack of a restroom for customers. I was directed to use one down the plaza. While I understand the desire to maintain cleanliness, it would be a nice perk to offer paying customers a restroom.

Fairly cool store with a large selection of toys, collectibles, trading cards, records, movies, and other forms of media. Definitely fun to browse but only ending up picking up two small items. I was a bit disappointed that they didn't have a public restroom and had to go down the street to a random spot to do my business. I understand not wanting random people to use the restroom and make a mess, but have some respect for paying customers.

The staff was great and they ask if you need help and it came in handy because I was trying to find some albums and the guy was awesome helping me out and when they didn't have it they ordered it for me and sent me a text to pick them up
