The Exchange

We drive from Spring Creek, PA to shop there. The staff is always great and the selection is top notch. We were in over Valentines day weekend and left laughing having had a great time with the employees and other customers. Highly recommend!

I love the exchange, however every time I have gone into this location I feel like I always have an issue. when you walk in, you get bombarded by employees before you can even breathe, and they’re only an aisle apart so every second is “can I help you find anything?” my biggest issue is that they sell cds that are so badly damaged for high costs then choose to gossip about you up front to the other employees when you say you’re not going to buy the damaged cds. The fact that the item was accepted in such bad condition is astounding to me, and I’m sorry, but if I’m paying almost $80 for a product it better work perfectly. I was so angry I ended up going to the Boardman location and asked if they could just order one from a different store that wasn’t this location. I do not recommend buying from this location. I would recommend literally any location before this one. if this is the closest exchange location to you and you know they have what you’re looking for, drive the extra 30 minutes to the Boardman location or even Kent and just get it there.

I love stopping here. The people here are so friendly and helpful. I stopped for PS2 games and bought some display figures with the help of one of the guys. Super nice people!

I traded some DVDs that I didn't want for some I did. I love being able to get classic movies as well as Transformers and other things. Employees are super nice and helpful. I'm going to be honest and say that you only get pennies on the dollar for items you sell, but it's better than nothing. They don't take everything, so don't get your feelings hurt if they don't take your items and give you what you think they're worth.

Took my son here for the first time. Very friendly staff. Lots of very cool stuff. Albums, comic books, Pokémon cards, collectibles etc I can't name all they had. Check this place out!!
