The exchange never fails to prove to me they are greedy & dont care about the customer. Called in to see if they have a used switch 2 because I wanted to use my bday discount. Who i was talking to said “cant use that on a switch 2 even if its used” I have no doubt it had nothing to do with the innocent employee but the greedy horrible upper mgmt that made this poor employee feel like they weren’t allowed to give the birthday discount. Will just buy from Walmart. Somehow they feel more welcoming
Felt like I was rip off , I even took 3 games I bought few weeks ago wasn't never used by me total $35 so with them and a bunch of other games and they said on $20 cash smhh. I'll never trade there again they offer you nothing then sale it for Alot. The place has went down hill , they okay to find stuff but don't sell stuff to them .. never again
Come here if you want to be offered a total of 20% for your items, and to be charged 110% on the things you’re trying to buy! And if you’re trading stuff in, you’re better off just throwing your stuff away. They’ll lowball the hell out of you, and it takes them an eternity to give you an offer. I waited for 3 hours before they called me with an offer on 15 items. It’s genuinely baffling how this place even stays in business. Stay away!!
This place was wonderful and I will definitely be back. They have nice collection of comic con stuff, like different vintage movies, Music, and other rare collections of different stuff. I would definitely checkout them. They staff were friendly and it was an organized environment too.
It was the first time I've been to The Exchange. I absolutely loved the experience. They have a lot of stock and whether they are used or not as well as the condition of the item , denotes the price. I picked up battlefield 2042 for $20 and Battlefield 1- Revolution for $7. There was no shortage of staff that helped me promptly. They also have records (vinyl) and movies. Again, depending on condition, you will pay different amounts. The do take credit cards so you don't have to run for cash! Great place if you're looking for a movie, game or vinyl!!
