Let me just make myself clear, this place is a monumental RIP-OFF! I noticed they had 007 golden eye & Donkey Kong 64 games for 60.oo a peice... (more then when they was new).... then I told them I had a 007 GoldenEye with me I would trade. This girl with black hair all disheveled & said they,ll give me 2.oo for the game I brought. The streets in Lakewood are very narrow, nowhere to park & they are the BIGGEST LOSER RIP-OFFS I EVER ENCOUNTERED IN MY 45 yrs on this planet. I'm from Cleveland & let me tell ya--> They picked the wrong one today

Big fan of everyone at the store. If they dont come to all my birthday parties this year, ill reduce this rating down a star and ill do it every year until everyone cones to my party.

Brilliant. Staff very attentive and trustworthy. In and out in 5 minutes. That's where you go to get service and your merchandise. Top ratings from me !!!

Probably my least favorite of the west side Exchanges. Just not a fan of the layout! Plus all of the Hip-hop, RnB, and Jazz albums are all (and the only) are displayed side ways so you cant thumb through them, you have to read the spines of the jacket, or take the time to pull each and ever album out to see the cover! Seemed purposely done! And if you're into cassettes, you'll have to lay on the floor to look at the selection! Overall, ok selection, but ill just stick to Parma Great Northern, or Elyria!

The exchange has a shocking variety of controllers, consoles, and games, from as far back as the 90's, and potentially earlier, I'm just not familiar with some of them. They always have friendly and helpful employees. The store is always clean and well kept. It's the only in person place I'm aware of that you could walk in and get a new or used Nintendo NES controller. These things are available online of course, but I prefer the in person touch. Pretty much any retro game or console, they have, or can acquire if you talk to the front desk. They also have a good selection of modern games as well. If you are a retro gamer, or you stick to modern consoles, they seem to have anything and everything in between. I'm not a heavy gamer, so take that into consideration, but I was impressed with the selection.
