I was able to haggle them down to a buck seventy five for an old copy of an Aerosmith cd I wanted guy wanted ten dollars flat but I was hell bent on standing firm ! I even showed him it skipped on the number two track he didn’t listen I even got a used copy of enya for 7 .75 you shoulda seen his face when I hit that Aerosmith high note at the register new customer that walked in just about soiled his pants … LOVE IN AN ELEVATOR! Livin it up when I’m going down !

This place Rocks! (Literally) Been coming here for 50 years and although the store has changed the products are still great and the atmosphere is fun! Don't change! Was iffy a few years ago (different staff) but they've got their groove back. Great young, edgy professionals...

Normally I give it 5 stars but I had a very bad experience with the worker. It was a man trying to be a woman was very rude. I was asking questions and the body language was. They could not wait to get away from me. They couldn't stand to be there. Very rude.Ask if I needed anything else and then walked away before I could even answer. I've been coming here for over ten years and i've never had a problem till now This person was blonde and wearing pink clothes

Usually the exchange offers about 40-55% of market value when purchasing retro games. During my visit this weekend i was offered 15% market value for some higher quality items. After voicing my discontent with the offer and packing up the worker then continued to throw out higher offers. I get that they want to make a lot of money on you, but trying to blindside someone you assume is unknowledgeable about the product is just poor service. I wouldnt go here to sell anything worth over $100, take the ebay fees and get your value there.

Definitely got good products. They have upgraded their inventory, and the recent change to the vinyl selection makes it a lot more accessible to find good quality vinyl records. Staff is friendly and knowledgeable. Much prefer this shop than other similar places.
