The staff is so friendly, a great selection of CDs and vinyl, the environment is great too.

Overall very serviceable. The game selection is really solid...but with few exceptions, highly overpriced. The 'rarer' video games I've seen there often are in poor condition and come at the same price as the market standard. The selection of consoles is equally pricey, but commendable overall.

Be careful when selling merchandise, they will low ball you drastically. Come back to see what they sold your items for. They sold my items for 4 times what was given to me. When I started to take there picture, they froze up, actually offered me a higher amount, which proves there ploy

Well organized and maintained. They give a higher percentage of store credit in comparison to Game Stop and other used game stores. Staff are well-versed in most media and are able to make recommendations based on what you like. To clarify, I don't mean this season's hottest selling item they believe everyone will want. They will legitimately ask you what you like and try to come up with their best suggestion.
