Their customer service has really grown over the years. This is a great family friendly game store.

My favorite place to buy Funko Pops. They always have a great selection. Reasonably priced as well.

All kinds of fun stuff here. Could easily spend a few hours looking through everything they have. Definitely coming back for more horror decor and collectables

Every time I go I feel like a kid in a candy store lol, I’m a regular customer, if you want it they’ve got it I buy most of my cds,dvds, and Xbox 360 games there. Amazing staff there always helpful. It makes GameStop look like a crackhouse lol

Earlier this month I went to a exchange location out of town. And I took some stuff to trade and sell. And I had some stuff left over so I brought it to Canton to the Cleveland avenue location. And the employee informed me that you're not allowed to do that. Well. This must be something brand new because I've been doing it since 1999 when the belden village exchange opened. And no one's ever said anything until today. I know that all exchanges are linked together. I don't think that there's anything wrong with taking what one exchange didn't buy to another one and seeing if the next location will buy it. If this is a rule that you can't do that then I would like to know.
