The vibes? IMPECCABLE. The owners/staff? RAD AS HECK. The selection? KILLER. In my opinion, one of the most enjoyable shops I’ve been to ANYWHERE. The aesthetic is simply perfect. As is the categorization, vinyl grading, and pricing. This is the kinda place you can spend 2+ hours in, especially if you’re interested in music that’s off the beaten path. They even have rare and interesting books (such as one on high fidelity from 1986 that I have looked for 5+ years!) Mike & Marie are two awesome people who made my first visit this morning absolutely perfect. The Current Year has a new regular.

Phenomenal store, super friendly staff, well organized, the clean their used records, great Sinatra selections. Probably the best experience at a record store I’ve had in Cleveland

This shop is a true gem for anyone who loves records, tapes, and all things physical media. Their collection is well-curated and it’s clear that a lot of care goes into every item on the shelves. What really sets this place apart, though, are the wonderful people who run it — they are among the kindest and most welcoming folks you could hope to meet in a record store. Their warmth and genuine love for both the music and their community makes each visit feel comfortable and meaningful. You can tell this isn’t just a business for them — it’s a passion, and it shows.

I was surprised at how organized the genre of vinyl records were.. The workers were very helpful.. The freestyle & dance section were pretty full and their rock section very organized.. I only wish the HipHop section was a little bigger but I found some great 90s HipHop singles in NM condition.. Next time I come I will have to take more time searching the Rock and House sections..There's something here for everyone..

This is such a welcoming little shop. The staff are so friendly and you feel right at home. Great selection as well as pins, stickers, books, movies, etc.
