The B Side by Vinyl Oasis

Have been to this record store twice and words could not describe the joy I receive with every find and purchase. Everything is organized, priced fairly, and the owners always go out their way to help or educate. Truly a gem of a vinyl shop. I look forward to future purchases. If you want a store ran by real vinyl enthusiasts, this is the #1 spot in Ocala.

Vast selection of records from various unique genres. The interior & exterior design was pleasant as well. Although the only factor which prevents this establishment from getting a 5 star rating would be the pretentiousness of the owners. I can't for the life of me remember his name, I'm not even sure if he was the owner, all I know is that he was the only one in the store. I say this because one time I was just browsing through the store looking to see what they have, when I overheard the owner and another older shopper talk about how "inexperienced" and "misguided" I was as a young person. They probably thought I didn't hear them because I had my headphones on but damn, I'm only 17 😗. Another time the owner eye'd me down the whole time I was in the store for no reason whatsoever. Aside from that particularly unpleasant experience, it's cool.

i went to record store day 2023 & had such a great time! it was a great bonding experience for my dad and i. one of the things i came for was a creem magazine sticker in the swag bags, and even though i wasn’t in the first 15, one of the kindest workers got one for me! we will definitely be coming back.

The name that Cliff upheld as a true Oasis, being in the middle of nowhere lives up to its name! I was surprised how well organized and vast the collection was. The 45s that were available were a pleasant surprise but most of all how well Cliff was able to assist, including to inform myself of the listening room (as of June 2 when I visited) was down temporarily, but normal operations allowed to listen to them prior to purchase. I will be back again when I find myself truly in the middle of nowhere! The entrance is wheelchair friendly as well with roughly 6 parking spots.
