I just wanted to give a thumbs up to MEL, without him I would not have a great experience, he is knowledgeable and polite, I always spend more with him and he is never pushy thank you, MEL, OZ

This is usually one of my favorite places to come, but I have experienced an off-putting situation. First, I wanna say that the budtender was phenomenal. She really tried to help me in the situation at hand. So this review has no bias where she is concerned. STIIIZY Accidentally listed a top Shelf strain for 25% off of its regular price online. So when I went into the store, I showed the manager the online price and asked if they would Honor the price. After waiting in line for a good 15 minutes, the manager came back and said that they would not honor it, even though it was their systematic glitch. I thought this was the worst thing you could do to a customer because it’s not the customers fault that your system has an error but yet you still would not honor the price. That to me is so dishonest and greedy that I honestly don’t even know if I want to come back here. The customer should always be compensated, even if the company made a bad decision. I’m pissed.

The security guard today was one of the rudest staff members I’ve ever encountered. He acted like he was looking for a problem instead of solving one. Completely out of line and absolutely not fit for this job. Horrible experience!!!!

I went to this location because the one closest to home closed earlier, but I may make this one my first choice for future visits given how well the service I received from Chelsea was. My partner sent me in to get them something for pain, and I showed Chelsea what I was looking for. She went off to go grab it for me but unfortunately the store appeared to be out of stock (and she went through a lot of effort trying to find it for me). After apologizing that they didn't have the items in stock I was looking for, she asked if I wanted anything else. Since I don't partake outsider of occasional edibles, I wasn't sure what would be a good alternative for what my partner needed. I told this to Chelsea and explained the kind of pain my wife needed it for. She understood, was kind enough to consult with a coworker for a second opinion, then brought me a comparable product. And it was cheaper than I expected, so that was went. She was very throughout the entire transaction and offered pleasant conversation while ringing me up that didn't feel like small talk for the sake of small talk to pass time while ushering out a customer. It was a great experience, and I'm glad I was helped by such a friendly staff member for my first time visit.

Today I shopped at your establishment. Chelsea greeted me with a smile and warm personality. I was a little work on deciding what to get because out of my usual and shelves were little less than usual to choose from. Chelsea hung in there with me making me feel understood in my search. Herr professionalism and knowledge of products had me leaving like I won the lottery. I personally thank Chelsea for such professionalism and how personable she is. You ROCK Chelsea!!!
