I bought a wonderful, unusual, used string instrument here today - and I am beyond pleased with it. It's obvious that the previous owner cared for it very much. I honestly feel so grateful that it will be continuing its journey with me now :) It sounds (and looks) amazing, and I can already tell it will round out my collection in a beautiful way. Thank you to everyone who made it possible, and to the helpful staff! A fantastic find.
This is one of the best stores to which I have been! The store itself is clean and well organized. The staff is top tier on knowledge and friendliness. The repair shop is the best! I brought in my old flute for a pad replacement. Not only was the service fast, it went above and beyond what I expected for the price! The repair itself was a very reasonable price, and on top that the flute was cleaned, and he even vacuumed out the case! I spent a significant amount less than I expected walking in. The repair was last minute for me, and he was able to get it back to me quickly, even though he has a long list of repairs. He is knowledgeable, experienced, and so kind! Stanroy Music is a wonderful place for musicians. I would give it more stars if I could!
Always a positive experience at Stanroy's. Everybody that works there is so helpful and dedicated to the music community. I strongly recommend going to the store for advice in repairs, purchases and special orders. As a educator of the arts , I have been connected with Stanroy's for many, many years. They make my job so much easier!
