Spiral Groove

I think the store is nice and has a good variety however …. I have been in the store a total of 3 times and not once has anyone ever greeted us. It’s almost as if you aren’t in some “ group” they are annoyed you’re there. I kept thinking each visit would be different but it hasn’t been. So I probably wouldn’t visit again strictly do to customer service.

First off, Love the rock and metal selection in this store... there's so much to browse through and something for everyone. Ive only visited a few times but the staff are friendly and I always leave spending a bit more money than I should have. Awesome store!

My sister and I had so much fun at Spiral Groove today. We were just catching up after not seeing each other for a few years. The friendly staff put up with our shenanigans with no complaints. Good music was playing, I met a new canine friend and the overall vibe was just great!!

if youre in a band reading this, their basement venue (hybrid moments) is WONDERFUL. the staff are friendly and helpful, there's plenty of space, they provided a high quality PA system, and booking the show was super easy. the store selection is awesome too. definitely check them out!
