So far so good. Chris arrived at my home on time and was very curtious. He seemed very knowledgable about what I was looking for. He helped me pick out the tub and the tile that will be a beautiful addition to my home. He worked with me on price without sacrificing quality. I feel like I made the right choice going with Southern Industries. Like I said, so far so good. Once the job is complete in 8 weeks or so, I will write another review on the finished product.

Joe Howard came out and assessed out bathrooms. Professional attitude with hometown feel. Great display of product and sample explained everything patient and answered questions as they arose. Fair dealings morals and ethics. More than accommodating even with prices. Great company I hope we get to work with. So far we've just gotten done an estimate.

I would say Southern Industries Service Tech Chris Mederos was very through and patient during his visit to access our walk-in shower replacement. He carefully recorded measurements and took into account our existing shower door configuration and what would be needed to be done in the process. Later in the visit he presented us with material sample so we could select color, patterns, type of material, and other options to include storage niches for personal hygiene items. Chris even explained we could reuse our existing Moen fixtures that match our existing bathroom vanity facet fixtures. He explained detail the removal and installation process for the shower walls and floor. We were able to view pictures of many of other Southern Industries previous shower installation showing their craftmanship. A two man team of very competent and professional installers arrived promptly at 8 am, and completed the installation of our beautiful walkin shower by 1 pm. We cannot believe the beautiful bath remodel that Southern Industries provided us for less than $15,000. This company delivers what it promises! We highly recommend them.
