I can’t say enough good things about Chris at Sound Annex. From the moment I met him, he treated me with genuine kindness, respect, and understanding. He provided excellent, professional service, but what stood out most was his compassion — he was generous enough to let me sleep in my car in front of his store when I needed a safe place for the night. That simple act of kindness meant more to me than words can express. It’s rare to meet someone with such a big heart. Chris, the owner who runs the store, is such an awesome person. When you visit, you can definitely expect to be greeted and taken care of. The shop has a great selection of just about anything music related with some other goodies as well, such as DVDs and VHS tapes. If you're short on cash but you have some records at home that you know longer listen to, consider bringing them in and trading them in for store credit, Chris is very fair with his prices.
