The best community record store. These folks know their music, and are so good at sharing their love for the eclectic, hidden gems with new and experienced record lovers alike. They search far and wide to bring a diverse collection of tunes into the store and have something for everone. Missoula is lucky to have this little sho and the folks who keep it spinning! Best neighbors a bake shop could ask for.

I purchased a vinyl for a friend over the phone and they kept it until he was able to pick it up. The guys here are awesome and have a great sense of humor and i would 1000000% check this place out when i make a trip to Missoula.

This place is simply the best. The most friend and helpful staff. If they don’t have something you’re looking for out on display they likely can find it for you downstairs so be sure to ask. All used records are minimum VG+ if not NM in a lot of cases so you know you’re getting quality. The only time I had an issue with record quality they promptly exchanged. Also purchased an epic vintage stereo setup from them and they were super consultative to help me make the right decision. Would highly recommend Slant Street to anyone who likes supporting local businesses that take pride in their product, their customer service and their genuine interest in meeting customer needs!

Awesome shop, Mike is great, bought a new record player, the pricing was better than online pricing, they have a great selection of vinyl, we will definitely be back to enhance our collection. Awesome little store with a killer selection of vintage records as well as new releases. I prefer to collect used records in good condition whenever possible (idk, they just feel more "special" than new copies lol) and Slant has a GREAT selection of well-cared-for used records. Ended up spending WAY more than I should have but I picked up like twenty serious classics that I've been wanting to add to my collection, all for good prices considering the great condition they're all in. Also the guy behind the counter (owner?) was really friendly and we had a nice conversation. Good dude! Definitely check this shop out. I will definitely be back next time I'm in Zoo.
