Great vibe, excellent customer service, groovy selection. They even have live music on Saturdays (and maybe Thursdays soon, if I’m remembering correctly) I felt super welcomed as soon as I walked in, and a couple hours later after I got through their fairly large and (comparable to other local record stores I’ve been around Cincinnati lately) inexpensive selection, I was welcomed back in this weekend for a live show. See initial review below. Owner refunded defective product after posting publicly. Paid $40 for a record that doesn't work. They said they couldn't refund it because their supplier wouldn't refund them. Terrible product terrible excuses.
