Staff was friendly and helpful. Greeted me as soon as I entered the door and asked if I needed help. On the small side, but a decent inventory of both new and used guitars. Plenty of accessories and other band equipment. Street parking, but not difficult to find a spot. The strings I bought seemed a little pricey, but to be expected for D'addario. but other than that, great store.

Staff are friendly and knowledgeable and prices are reasonable. I have been to many music stores in the east bay area and I can confidently tell you that Rockin' Robbie's has one of the biggest collection of ukulele. What I am impressed with were not just the quantity of their selection, but especially the quality! They carry fantastic brands like Kala, Ohana, among other reputable brands. They also have an amazing in-house Luthier.. I support local businesses and you should too.

Fabulous place with lots of options and very attentive and helpful. Our teen was interested in learning the electric guitar and this was the perfect place to go to - they let him try out a bunch of options, and they also pointed out when they had an option on consignment, or opportunities to upgrade and such. They also had a lot of kids sizes and such, too, and it sounds like they specialize in getting new people - kids and adults alike, set up! We asked about warranties and such and the owner is such a jem - they do repairs too so she told us to come to them if there were any issues. We went to 3 different guitar stores and this one was our favorite. Super happy with our experience and won't hesitate to visit them again!
