Incredibly long wait times, incorrect food, and our server allowed the tables next to us charge us for the games their children purchased on the iPad. My fiancée and I came here yesterday during a slow time of the day. Unfortunately from the get go, we were seated then forgotten about for more than 20+ minutes. Once we were able to order, I was served the wrong food 3+ times. I told them almost immediately, and we were repeatedly told “your new food is coming right out”, but alas that took an additional 20 or more minutes. When they brought out the “corrected” food, I was still served a completely different plate than what I had ordered. Unfortunately after more than an hour of us sitting here, 3 bad plates of food, and mediocre drinks we decided to leave. The kitchen manager was nice enough to tell me he’d take care of our bill… yet they had the audacity to charge us nearly $40 for the 2 drinks and then we noticed an additional “entertainment fee”. Come to find out the server allowed the table next to us use the iPad assigned to our bill and allowed their children charge us for games they played. Literally stole money from us. Long story short, don’t go here if you value your time, money, or taste buds.
Wife and I stopped in tonight quick after a Sam’s run. It looked fairly slow. Hadn’t been to a Red Robin in years. We were seated in the bar area at a high top. We waited ten min without anyone coming to the table. Waiter took a dessert order at one of the other 3 tables occupied. Another couple came in and were seated near us. They were instantly greeted and drink orders taken. It appeared he might finally be coming to our table! Nope! He decided to finally come get the cash off the table next to us and completely ignored us again. At that point we decide we would go somewhere else. We won’t make the mistake of stopping here again!
I came in on Sunday at 7:30 when there was no one there besides 2 other people in the restaurant. Me and my gal both ordered burgers and fries but when they came out the food was barely warm and the fries were cold. My gal ate 1/4th of the burger and didn’t bother to touch the fries and for me I only took one bite. I wasted $50 on food I was expecting to be warm and fresh. I mean come on we were literally the only people besides two other women watching football in the restaurant and we couldn’t get served warm food.
Check your orders before you leave!!! Everytime i order for carry out it is messed up or wrong! Tonight Ordered online on the app. Put gluteen free no mayo (both are allergies), everything on the side. Got there and thier order didnt have the GF. They were nice and changed it for me but I didnt check the new one. They didnt do the topping as ordered (put mayo and everything on the hamburger). Called and ordered a new one on the phone with the person tgat helped me . Drove 10 mins back and had to pay for the second one. They wouldnt even give me a discount because they said the first one wasn't thier fault as it didnt say GF. Being GF it is hard to find a hamburger my kid likes. Just wish it wasn't such a pain everytime we order there. Ended up paying 40 for one edible hamburger as the GF bun cost more.
Good location, and our waiter was exceptional. Standard red robin fare, and the booth we were at had seen it's best days about a decade ago. However, if you like Red Robin burgers, and bottomless sides, and the good pricing, this spot is a good location
