Extremely rude staff. Used to be amazing at other location

Very cool vibe, but very small shop with a limited collection and steep prices. Found a box of overflow RSD records labeled "20% off" -- when I went to check out with one, the dude behind the counter told me the price was already discounted (at $50 for a Meat Puppets record widely available for a fraction of the price). He said he'd have to check with his manager to confirm, but that it "would take awhile."

I ordered an album over the phone and was quoted $26. When I arrived to pick it up I was charged $32!!! I asked the guy why was I being overcharged? No explanation just a "Do you want it?? Rude, deceptive and sneaky. I will NEVER go there again nor recommend them to anyone.

Great record shop. Bought 20 pieces of vinyl here last visit, including some rare finds that I have been looking for for years. Good quality LPs, nice selection and excellent customer service. Also, playing a Technics DD table the whole time. Always a good sign in a record shop.

Great gem of an music store, lots dof new and used vinyl, the rare collection of Siouxsie and the Banshees, Bauhaus, Love and Rockets, The Cure, Specimen.......is wonderful. Great staff that is helpful but unobtrusive as they spin great music. Also rare posters and promo materials that I have never seen anywhere.
