I went there to find some Common c. D's incubus Stone temple, pilots, 3 doors down 3 days, grace, Pearl Jam. You know, just basic stuff that should be easy to find. And there was absolutely nothing. The shelves were highly disorganized, it was hard to find anything their system of organizing the CDS on the wall, free to go through just was terrible. The staff were not helpful and overall. It was just a wasted trip. I can't say that the store itself isn't a great place because it is, and I may have just not found what I wanted, but overall, I expected to be able to find at least one CD that I could buy and out of everything that I looked for I could find nothing their selection while large contains basically nothing you'll really want. So just be aware that they probably will not have what you need.. I did find some Metallica cds, but the prices were outrageous. They wanted $15 for ride to lightning. They wanted $15 for master of puppets, they wanted $15 for injustice for all and the problem with that is, it wasn't even the original C, D, it was a paper jacket and CD that was a reprint, so I don't understand why that C, D, which they're selling for $15 that I later found at Walmart for $5 is $15. It just makes no sense to me their selection is pretty small in regards to what's actually available All they have a lot of c.Ds, they're really just is nothing that you would want to buy. Most of them are c d s of like neil sedaka and bob dylan and just other individuals that really aren't popular music or music that you would want to buy. The staff were not very helpful. They were not very friendly and they seemed to be more interested in socializing than helping customers while I was there.I noticed most customers frustrated with trying to find any music because of The Way they organized their c.Ds and most of those customers walked out without making a purchase. The new Location on kitski is actually quite inconvenient compared to the Midtown location, which was in before also, the location isn't easily accessible. If you're coming from the Midtown or downtown area, it is on the left side, so just be aware, you're going to have to cut across kitski lane to get in the parking lot. And once you do get there, you'll realize that there really was very little there that is available. So it wound up being a waste trip. I asked the staff behind the desk, if you could look up in their inventory if they actually had any of the bands which I wanted available. And he told me that he had no capability to do so, so searching was very labor-intensive and took a lot of time and I was frustrated because most of the cds are mixed up out of order and when you do find a spot for a band for their music, which you're interested in, it's not available, none of the CDS that I wanted were available from major acts, I wasn't looking for anything obscure, I was looking for ink. It's Pearl Jam Stone temple, pilots, Megadeth, just every band that I possibly looked for 3 days, grace, 3 doors down the only band that I was able to find was urge overkill and their saturation album, which they had like 90 copies of so basically, what you're going to find is a bunch of artists and bands, which are not really at the top of the food chain, and that's what's going to be available. I'd assume that everybody just buys the popular stuff, but it's just odd to me that I was unable to find anything that I wanted it was upsetting. And just the wasted trip kind Me off I wound up going to walmart and finding everything that I wanted. I will also say that Walmart's prices were cheaper and the CDS were brand new and comparison recycled records prices were higher and the c.D.S themselves were not brand new and many of the c.Ds, when inspected had scratches or just were not suitable to be purchased at the price. They were selling them for. Unlabeled, CDS that is c.D.S without prices on the go for $7 or 2 for 12.That is unlabeled c , d , s , but most of the c d s have labels on them and the price is started anywhere from twelve to fifteen dollars.

What a fun store! Hubs and I had some albums we no longer needed, so we made an appointment with them for an appraisal. Today was our appointment, and we were warmly welcomed. The store is huge with lots of nooks and crannies packed with music! We received a fair appraisal, and had some interesting convos. Thank you for your customer service!!

The staff were super kind and helpful. An amazing selection of records, I was able to find old school hip hop vinyl along with newer. Highly recommend 👌

They have a large selection of dvds, cds, vinyl records, cassette tapes, and probably more I didn't see because the store is deceptively large. The staff are quite friendly and the prices are good as well! I would definitely recommend them if you are interested in what they have to offer.

Really cool place, very chill, huge selection. Prices are good, seem a little high on a few things but overall worth it. Can be a little hard to find what you are looking for but half the fun is searching through the stuff. Grabbed 3 records as a gift for a friend and paid $17, which felt more than fair. Location is nice right in midtown with a lot of other fun stuff within walking distance. Midtown is a hassle to park in but once you find a spot everything is very walkable. We were able to snag road parking right across the street.
