Record Krate Wake Forest

While they can't control the size & square footage, this place may be better suited at the flea market - or a bazaar somewhere. Overall a cramped & somewhat unwelcoming record store. However, you may leave with that one item that you didn't know you wanted

Honestly it’s hard to bash a local record store as they need all the help they can get. However this place feels like you’re in a hoarder house. It’s dirty, smells bad, the worker has a bad attitude, selection kinda sucks and is over priced. Honestly there’s a better store in Youngsville and it’s only 5 minutes away.

My daughter and I had a great time exploring the Wake Forest location. We came out with a few awesome finds. We will definitely be back and bring my son with us next time. He too loves vinyl. Record Krate is a perfect addition to downtown WF.

Really enjoyed looking through all the bins and their selection of records and cassettes. The staff was friendly and warmly greeted us upon arrival. Looking forward to returning again soon!

Love coming and exploring inside the shop. I feel like a kid at the candy store. Always find awesome music!. The owner, Adam, Fun to talk to and an excellent resource of music. Always helpful and fun to talk to about music. Also he is very good at recommending bands from all genres. Bottom line: Awesome place, awesome collection, awesome prices!
