I was literally laughing out of shock at how bizarely high the prices are in this store. Literally 3-4 times higher than other stores & online. They must be targeting the most casual buyers, because true collectors would never pay these prices. Ever. They do have a great selection of titles across many genres, although many of the album covers were in average condition. The staff is very nice.... nicer & more personable than most shops. The layout of the store & vibe is great too. Easy to shop there. For these reasons I give 2 stars, but honestly the prices are so disrespectfully unprofessional that there is no chance I woud return.
Visiting my mom who lives in Inglewood from Colorado and I looked up record stores in the area and came across R&G. Dope vibe and record selection. Vintage collection, prices are competitive for OG vinyls so you really got to dig and find something worth your time and $. Will definitely be stopping by during my visits to see how the store expands its vinyl collection.
Love this place we're locals from Hawthorne they have an amazing variety very organized employees we're very helpful & friendly found some rare CDs im a collector will definitely be coming back
Who has a security guard at the front door of a record store? Record stores should be community spots not make you feel like you’re at a dispensary!!! Furthermore - why are the records so jacked up in prices? I’m a collector and literally HAVE NEVER SEEN these prices anywhere in LA! Not even at the spots I’ve gone to near Hollywood have I seen such price gauging. SMH. Not coming back. This place is highway robbery BEWARE!
I was looking for a new vinyl store to shop at and I came here very friendly staff and the security guard was very nice I would recommend for you to check them out great selection of vinyls I will be going back
