Provo's Vintage Groove

I don't collect records. I went in to buy a record my niece asked for and they wouldn't sell it to me because they priced it wrong. I drove a long way assuming they had the record on her birthday wish list that was listed online as being at their store. They said whoops we use AI to price and it got it wrong. I get that it's a business but it was their mistake and I got screwed.

Don't order online from them. Ordered a colored vinyl for my niece for Christmas. Ordered it Nov 25th. Said it would arrive Dec 1. Didn't. No email update. Come Dec 8th...just was cancelled by Provo's...also no email or explanation. Also no refund as of yet. Buyer beware.

This place is literally awesome to shop at and the guy we always see working there is always so nice everything time we visit here! And when you ask him a question? He answers so generous and gives you a honest answer. We was trying to ask about some cassettes we was trying to get some prices on and he looked it up really fast and honest! And gave us a website to sell it ourselves too. Super place and great guy too. We'll be back in the future months.

Was looking every where for these 2 records could not find them anywhere for an affordable price but found them on provos so reasonably priced and not even opened !! Got to Australia super fast and in perfect condition, will 100% shop there again and 100% recommend !! Thank you !! ❤️
