Ponce De Leon Music Center - North Forsyth/Cumming

This is hands down the best music shop outside of Atlanta. We are so lucky to live close to this shop and can’t say enough great things about it.

Amazingly welcoming music store. Went in with my mother on a visit from the west coast, not only was there a great selection of different levels of instruments, the staff were amazing. Huge shouts out to Alexi (Alexy? sp?) Awesome conversation and incredibly helpful in picking out some primo guitars. Someone give them a raise, yewwwwww! Will be making this a must visit stop when I am in town here on out!

This would be first time for me reviewing a music shop, if you follow me you know i am mostly reviewing food places. So if i am going out of my comfort zone to review a business it must have taken really extra effort from those guys to earn it :). I wanted to rent a Saxophone for my daughter as she chose that in Band for herself. We came to this shop first time with zero knowledge of music, instruments or anything for that matter. The guys there were so nice that they helped us in every way possible. Suggestion for owner: You are doing awesome job. Keep it up. Suggestion for Customers: if you are looking to rent or buy quality music products with great customer service, this is the place for you. Location - Star - 8 / 10 Price - Star - 8 / 10 Cleanliness - Star - 8 / 10 Service - Star - 9 / 10 Value for Money - Star - 8 / 10 Above format would be best to justify my review so i will hopefully continue to keep this for all my next reviews.

Very nice guys. Had fret buzz on my guitar and I took it in just to see if they could figure out the problem. And to my surprise not only did they figure out the problem, but they took it back and fixed it for free because it just needed adjustments. They also helped me loosen everything on the guitar in preparation for shipping as I’m selling it online. Really great shop will be back. couldn’t recommend it enough

I cannot say enough about this place! If you want customer service and personal attention, there is nothing else like it. Big chain pricing with the attention you can only get from a smaller store. The size should not fool you as they seem to have plenty of inventory for anything musical and certainly can get it if not. I and my children are beginners, so have a ton of questions that would have most sales representatives rolling their eyes and counting the time but not a single one of my weekly trips has been that way here. Very personable and helpful staff with extended personal teachers in a variety of categories. I would not go anywhere else for my musical needs and I do a ton of research before I buy! So, trusting them to get what I will be happy with, is pretty defining. Keep up the great work and we will be life long customers! Thank, Kurt
