​I had a fantastic experience with Plaid Room Records! I called in to inquire about a few specific titles that were release variants and the team was incredibly helpful and responsive. Josh and Sarah were a absolute pleasure to do business with—they even helped me seamlessly add an additional title to my order I was also seeking. ​The level of care didn't stop at the checkout; the packaging was exceptional, and the tracking was spot on. It’s clear these folks care about the music and their customers. Highly recommended!

I wish this store was in NYC so I could shop in person, BUT I am very grateful that I can order from them because they are one of the best ever!!!! Everything that I have ordered has arrived with such care, I don’t want to shop anywhere else. Pure perfection. Selection, packaging, shipping, you name it! Thank you for being awesome.

So many records and such a cool vibe. I loved that they have a listening area where you can actually sit and check out a record before committing. Great energy, great selection - even if you’re just browsing, it’s worth the stop.

Plaid Room Records is my favorite online store to purchase vinyl. Their variety of titles is awesome, prices are reasonable (less than my local stores) and most of all, shipping times and packaging are impeccable. I don't think anyone else comes close to the care they place with shipping vinyl. Even when I put in an order for only 2 records, they put in the same care when I buy 10. Recently I received an email communication from their staff letting me know there was a slight delay with getting one of my pre-orders shipped. I so appreciate their personal message vs some of the impersonal copy/paste messages received from other retailers. I only wish PRR were driving distance from me! I would love to visit the store one day. Till then, they remain my go-to for online orders.

Such a cool little shop! Visited on my vacation due to a friend’s recommendation. They have a great mix of used and new! Very expansive collection ranging from a little bit of everything. They also had a huge holiday collection. Even quite a bit of merch that was very cool to see! I ended up getting a new felt slip map. Highly recommend stopping in if you are in the area. You won’t leave empty handed!
