Definitely my go to place for vinyls and anything music related! The owner is extremely nice and helpful, I went in one day, hoping to find a vinyl player, and he was super accommodating, even demonstrated a few of the units for me so I could hear them because the quality of the speaker/sound was very important to me! I left as a very happy customer that day!! I will always recommend the store to my fellow music lovers. Thank you so much for your professionalism and help!

Went in to find some cassettes for the tape deck in my car, and they had the ultimate selection of music available on them, everything from classic rock, to blues, to country, and some fun random mix tapes. Also was impressed they carried some new artists on cassette, such as Billie Eilish. Just don't forget to pay for parking in the street...I forgot because the don't have the old parking meters and got a parking ticket :(

Baby’s first record player (of my own) and Mr. Cohen was a huge help. He came right over when he saw me looking at turntables, and showed me the difference in sound and got me set up with something perfect. I found almost every album I was looking for and he ordered the one thing I couldn’t find and will call me when it comes in. Service with a smile and warmth. So happy listening to my new records on my gorgeous new turn table. Also- the prices match the big box stores and it’s a small local business. Support local and enjoy the cozy vibes of this gem.

I've been to a ton of record shops up and down the East Coast and Pitchfork Records is honestly the BEST one I've been to! They have one of the largest collections of vinyl's, cd's, 8-tracks, and cassette's I've ever seen spanning all genres. On top of that, their pricing is completely reasonable. You don't have to worry about paying some ridiculous price for a used vinyl simply because vinyl's are back "in style" like a lot of other stores. I spent over 2 hours in this store browsing through their entire inventory. As an avid Eagles fan, I was looking to complete my used Eagles vinyl collection and not only was I able to but they were all original pressings in fantastic condition! As if it couldn't get any better, the owner Mike was incredibly kind and gave me his own personal copy of a 1975 Rolling Stones magazine that featured the Eagles on the cover for the very first time. If you are from the area or just visiting, definitely stop by Pitchfork Records. Mike and Sky will take great care of you. Easy to see why they've been open for 50 years!

First time at this record store and what a great time! The owner, Michael, was very helpful, friendly and pleasant to talk to. Been to many record stores in the state and this one is by far was the best that I've been to. I'm not in Concord very often, but most definitely be stopping in whenever I am.
