Penny Lane Records

I called before coming in the store and specifically asked if they were buying CDs which they said yes too and as soon as I walked in with my collection both staff members glanced at it and declined. Additionally, one staff member didn't even want to talk to me about it just turned his back to me. Was it because some of the titles were Spanish/Latin????? I would not recommend this store to anyone. I almost felt discriminated. Horrible experience!!!!

I really like that they had a decent selection of physical media including CDs, DVDs and some cassettes. It was a very chill atmosphere and I'm looking forward to go back again

I just called this place to ask them if they had a certain record, and I wasn’t even done with the title of the vinyl and the man shouted “no we don’t” and hung up. This place has a very rude man that works there at 2:45 on Sunday the 14th of December. He may need a vacation, because he comes across very rude and burned out. I will not be spending my money at a place like this. Treat your customers better!

Neat little record shop in downtown Upland, great spot to checkout when enjoying the area. There are cafe's, breweries, antique shops nearby. I have gotten several records here over the years, it is probably slightly over priced but the collection is great and the service is friendly. They are dog friendly for friendly dogs.
