Scammers! I consigned over $1200 of new clothes, most with original tags, and was written a $49 check by the sketchy buyer 4 months later. She refused to price my clothing at drop-off and then never notified or contacted me after the fact. I had to call and go in to find out what was happening. You can feel the negative vibes when you walk in the store. They are dishonest. The rude, suspicious blonde lady that people complain about is sussing out customers because she is in fact a scammer. It's disgusting and you can feel the dark, tainted energy of the place. I can barely stand to be in there for 5 minutes and I've never purchased clothing there because it has bad vibes. Stay away unless you wanna pick up some nasty entities ☠️
Good shoe and accessory selection! This store has both high and low priced items and takes some patience to find things as they are sorted by color.
I wish I never dropped off any of my clothing. The lady with blonde hair is extremely rude. It was my first time consigning because I’d heard good things about the consignment experience from friends. Unfortunately, mine wasn’t good. I don’t have a lot of trust in their system. I asked how do I know if I’ve sold something and she replied that I need to check in regularly by walking in not calling because it’s a waste of her time checking balances over the phone. I wish I would’ve taken my things back and walked away. I don’t like going in there. It’s almost as if I did their business a disservice by bringing in items to consign. It’s not good business being rude. I 100% agree with Bronwyn’s review. Makes me wonder too.
I’ve been here a handful of times and never had any issues with the people who work here but today for some reason the blonde girl with hardly any personality wanted to give me a hard time and constantly give me bad looks. Finally at the register I said, “This is my sweatshirt”because she was looking at me like I stole the sweatshirt. She responds with, “I know that’s yours but what about your backpack?”I said, “This is my backpack and FYI this is a Diaper Bag/Backpack and this backpack doesn’t belong to you.” She said, “No why wasn’t it put back behind the register?” I said, “I’ve never been asked to put my backpack behind the register ever”. And I start opening my 150 Diaper bag/backpack so she could see I have nothing inside that belongs to the store. What do you know, I only had my belongings in it. I think it was super rude and out of line. Considering the amount of items I tried on in the dressing room, I came back out with every single item that I went in with plus they have sensors on their clothes. Hello? I don’t feel safe with my backpack being not with me and behind the register. Just because the employees have it behind the register doesn’t mean it’s safe. Some employees aren’t honest and truthful and would love the chance to be able to go through a customers personal belongings and take what they feel they can get away with. I will not shop here again. The clothes honestly suck and the staff need some attitude adjustments.
I LOVE this store! Been living in Petaluma for 3 years and for some reason never known about it. The clothes are awesome, unique, and great quality for used and vintage. You can easily spend hours going through all the rock/minerals to clothes to other fun oddities. Best store to spend the day finding the treasure you didn’t know you needed.
