Off-Center Records

Wild place crammed with all sorts of sensory overload objects. The vinyl is not super organized but there's a lot there. If you like digging, you'll be there for hours.

I have been shopping at this dozens of other record stores for decades. This is the only surviving store before vinyl made a come back, in Mohawk Valley. It's extremely filled with all sorts of media and memorabilia. I was please with large amount of old stock lps at fair prices mostly. Quite a few new releases as well. A huge amount of used records some price fair and crazy, due to poor condition. My visit recently was for record store day. Got there late morning, so didn't find any records releases for the day. Was hoping for some specials on used music, but none were offered. Still found some good deals! Would have bought more used with discount. I also think some refreshments and a more exciting atmosphere, like other stores did, would have been a plus! All in all good experience! Takes me back to days rummaging through old stores, that weren't always super neat, organized and spacious.

Amazing second experience! My father actually wrote the previous review, so you could refer to that for our first experience lol. Finally acquired my favorite Weird Al vinyl after many places did not have any Weird Al, so seeing not only my favorite, but more than a few Al records was an absolute joy! Anything you're looking for is most likely here, just don't be afraid to ask, and if you aren't skittish you'll have an excellent time chatting to the owner! Straightforward man who knows where everything is, and is very open to conversation! Hope you see this, and I will definitely be coming again pretty soon!!

Came up from Virginia to visit family last year, scouted this place out. And finally got to show my son's what a true record store is like. This place is absolutely incredible. A couple hours later and I didn't even get to the other floors. I'll be back in May and Looking forward to it.

Store looked great from the outside. Wasn't sure if the store was closed for the holiday or what. This store came highly recommended for its' vintage collection of records.
