Newbury Comics Natick

Great mall to go to it's huge, beautiful and peaceful. Its huge so it's less crowded, not loud no riots, no gunshots safe and peaceful. Loved this newbury comics store inside natic mall.

i had the worst experience with an employee named ALEX. i went in today and happened to be at the register when he shouted out for the next person in line. i didn’t cut the line and was literally with my friend who was being helped by someone else at another register. he happened to say he could help the next person in line at the same time i was walking by. i went up to his register because i was next in line and he rolled his eyes at me when i walked up, gave me the dirtiest look, and had attitude. i won’t be coming back and do not appreciate this unwelcoming energy when i did NOTHING wrong.

I was browsing here at this location a few days ago and I am disappointed to say that it was one of the worst experiences I’ve had compared to other Newbury Comics locations. The workers showed me nothing but disrespect, disregarding me and my feelings. I was racially discriminated by them, there was this one female worker who I saw giving me dirty looks and I heard her whispering to her coworkers about my skin color and weight. People please do not come to this Newbury Comics location here at Natick!

I went to the Smiski event and this place was one of the most disorganised locations I have ever experienced. The staff were running around like headless chicken, not giving clear directions and instructions to people as well as providing misinformation on what visitors were supposed to do. In the end, all the employees were clueless and mindlessly resort to what their manager says. The event was a disaster, way too crowded, no line management with people constantly cutting in even under the guidance of staff, giving completely different information to what the manager had told us. What a hot mess and what a rude manager! This place really needs to consider retraining their employees and planning accordingly for such events. I am definitely steering clear of this store until there is some change. They do have great stuff but extremely overpriced. Please do better! Atrocious location!

Manager should train the employee again! I came here really often and nothin happens until this time. I purchased over $70 and i did asked a cashier guy i want a bigger bag, and he said he cant give me a bigger one. I said ok so let me buy one cause i need a big bag to put my hoodie. He said no and he cant even explain me like why he cant give me a bigger one. What’s different if customer want a bigger bag and even want to buy one so they can fit more stuff in the bag???????
